Orders and Contract

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

An order is not accepted until we have dispatched the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Stock availability issues
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

If payment has been taken and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Business Customers

These terms are written for consumers. Where you are buying in the course of a business, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply, and the cancellation and return rights set out in these terms are not available to you. Business orders are accepted at our discretion and returns are subject to our agreement in writing.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Large and Bulk Orders

Our published delivery charges apply to standard order sizes. Where an order exceeds the weight, size or quantity our standard delivery service can accommodate, we will contact you with a revised delivery quotation before dispatch. If you do not wish to proceed, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders on this basis.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are shown in our Delivery Policy.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, industrial action, or other circumstances we could not have foreseen or avoided.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

If you cancel within this 14-day period, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery service only.

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or was damaged in transit.

Where goods cannot normally be returned by post because of their size or weight, you remain responsible for the cost of return if you cancel. We estimate this cost will not exceed £50. Alternatively, we can arrange collection on your behalf and deduct the actual cost from your refund; we will confirm this cost to you before collection is booked.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This is the sort of handling that would be reasonable in a shop.

We may withhold your refund until the goods are received back, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent, whichever is sooner. We will issue your refund within 14 days of that point, using the same payment method you used to pay.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
  • Sealed audio, video or software media, once unsealed

As a goodwill extension beyond this statutory right, we also accept returns received between 15 and 30 days of receipt, subject to the item being unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable for returns made under this extended window, except where the goods are faulty or incorrect. Returns under this window are at our discretion and do not affect your statutory rights.

Full details of our returns process are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You also have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where possible, we may be able to offer a replacement if you would prefer one.

We will cover the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
